This application is NOT to be used for the Paper/Pencil Test
PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAREFULLY
Please be aware of the following items...
* The requirements for the examination (Mobile)
* You must take the Core examination and at least one specialty
exam to meet the written exam certification requirements.
(Successful certification is valid for 5-years)
* You must take the Recertification Core examination and at least one
Recertification Specialty exam to meet the written exam Recertification
requirements. (Recertification testing can be done within the last 12-months of
your original 5-year certification time period, and extends your certification for
5-years)
* You also must have a Candidate Handbook (Download).
* Note there is a different fee structure for CBT Testing (Details)

Applications will be reviewed for eligibility and processed the next business day.
Once your online application has been processed you will receive an email with
your **AUTHORIZATION CODE** and telephone number for scheduling your
examination.
You will need to wait 24-hours after receiving the **AUTHORIZATION CODE**
email, to schedule an appointment to test.
If you agree to the above items and you have all of the information at hand, click
